I would like for students to be able to resubmit assignments after I have graded that assignment.

Currently I am only given this option if I have not graded the assignment already, and I have to do it student by student. It would also be nice to have an "allow re-submission" box option when creating the assignment so that it can apply to the entire class.Learning is about the process, so students not being able to resubmit after they have been given feedback and make changes is essential.

    Students should be able to resubmit after the assignment has been graded, and teachers should get a notification or some other type of flag (red text/missing or late flag), to let them know that this was resubmitted after grading.

    This would be VERY helpful for us, considering (especially for homework assignments, where students are allowed to resubmit afterwards for full credit), we currently have to first check "allow resubmit", then put their grade through so they know what they got.

    Then if they don't choose to resubmit, it's like they never submitted it in the first place and we can't view their old submission.

    Yes, it would be nice to have resubmit options in the assignment setup. teachers should have options to allow re-submissions up to a specified date.
