Below are areas where the alumni directory does not function properly and/or in a user friendly way and should be revised:

1. Searching works inconsistently. Sometimes when searching for a specific alumni year the search comes back saying that there are "no results." While we started a ticket for this and were told that it is because the year we were searching for was already in the "top 20" list, there have been times for both us and alumni where "no results" are returned to us even when the year being searched for is not in the list above.

2. The "top 20" list is not clear. It is not indicated why these years are populating in the list. Is it because they were recently searched for? etc.

3. Checking "All" does not actually show all years - it shows the "top 20 list" which is confusing to those using the directory

4. An error message often appear saying that the page will not populate and then it loads, which is also confusing.

Hoping the above issues can be fixed.
