Display Learning Profiles in Teachers' Grade Books

Many of our teachers access their Grade Books much more frequently than their class Rosters, individual student Progress pages or end-of-term Grading pages, so Learning Profiles may go unnoticed until the end of the term. Displaying Learning Profile icons next to students' names in teachers' Grade Books would help to make our Learning Profiles more visible and useful.

    Hi All!

I am happy to report we have added an LP indicator to denote from the Gradebook if a student has a learning profile. Teachers can then click on the little context menu next to the student's name to open the Learning Profile.

This got added a couple of months ago and it looks like we missed closing out the idea.

    Thanks for the feedback!

We are definitely missing the LP icon in our grade books!

Appreciate the addition of teachers being able to access a student's learning profile via the student view option in the gradebook with the release of 12.07, BUT it would be MORE helpful if there was a little icon next to the student's name that indicated the presence of a learning profile. Love our teachers but they need the daily reminder of these things.

Fantastic idea! We have just finished our first full academic day using onSuite and I had three different faculty members ask me this. Learning Profiles are a great piece of onSuite - make them really useful by helping teachers see them frequently!
