Ability to Insert Images into Brief/Long Descriptions of News Items

It would be helpful to have an Insert Image option in the Brief/Long Descriptions of News Stories. Sometimes we want to place an image (a headshot or a signature, for example) into the text of a story -- not just as attached photos in a gallery. We currently accomplish this by uploading Misc Files and placing HTML for the image in the Brief/Long Description's HTML, but simply adding this option to the text editor would save a lot of time.

    Ability to insert images or PDFs into ALL web text editing elements!

    If I could upvote this 700 times I would. You should not have to embed HTML to place an image in a blog post.
