Searches should appear in a Search History report

I would like a new report that shows search history for my onMessage website. The old one in onMessage > Settings > Search History does not work as expected.

We're looking into the best way to handle this using our new reporting tools we're working on. Please feel free to add additional comments below.

Not only is this long overdue, it should also NOT return content we have PURPOSELY expired.

3+ years later - and after filing a case today, still pointed to vote on a "New Idea" feature request for an existing broken tool. Beautiful.

I started a case because this doesn't work and of course, they tell me they know it's not working and I can vote for it. Typical. This is not an enhancement request! Your product isn't working!

It is key to know what people are searching for on your site in order to help improve navigability and provide information effectively.  Search History report is an essential tool.

Please fix this issue!  It is important for our staff to know how parents are using our site and what they can't find organically.  We would like to make things easier for them and this data is important.

As you launch a new website, it is critical to be able to monitor what people are searching for. Reviewing the search history lets you know if you need to tweak the organization of items on your website, or make something easier to find. Without this tool, I am currently flying blind. This really needs to be addressed sooner rather than later.

As it is being rebuilt, I would like to see it have similar features that show a chart or graph of some kind to have a graphical representation. I like the category and date filters, but I would also add a keyword filter, that would find searches for specific keyword and display that data graphically. Having an option to "export to CSV" would also be nice if you wanted to do deeper data analysis.

It was expressly mentioned during our training that you would use Search History to see what people are trying to find so you can modify the results with featured results. So, what was covered in training doesn't actually work. That's great.
