Allow RSS feeds to be pulled directly from the Event Category

Currently the only way to pull an RSS feed for events is through the front-end calendar. Currently we are unable to pull feeds for any secure category for us to use internally as we do not want our Private event categories listed on the website.

    Our digital signage software allows RSS feeds to scroll... It would be great to have Event categories have RSS feeds so we can pull this in.
