Allow users to edit pictures once uploaded

Having an image editor added into the Photos Content Category to allow user to edit photos once they have been uploaded would be incredibly handy. Allowing users to edit a photo once it has been uploaded, such as cropping, resizing, and rotating, would be very useful when adding photos to site pages or push pages and would help prevent EXIF metadata from causing an image to rotate after the content had been uploaded.

    The ability to consistently edit photos throughout the product is needed. Especially in the photo upload of applicants within Enrollment Management and in Core for User Profiles. Having to crop and re-upload applicant's photos is not productive.

    The avatars area is the next spot on our list we have to hit. The pattern is in place to add it, the majority of the work is spent making sure the updated photo renders everywhere that avatar is used. Long story short, this is something we will hopefully get to in early 2020.
