We would like to have a way in the system to see those users that are being suppressed by BBCS instead of having to contact Support to find out. This way we can troubleshoot the issue on our own.
I'm not even sure support can identify blacklisted emails...the usual approach is simply to send a prophylatic email to unblockme@blackbaud.com We need better management options for this critical communications area.
