Allow Standard Size Images on the Staff/Faculty Directory

I would like to be able to display the Standard size photos of faculty, so they don't display as thumb images in the Faculty/Staff Directory on the front end. This would be beneficial for our marketing purposes.

    Our faculty are the selling point of our school. We need to highlight them, not make them appear microscopic with the tiny thumbnail that rivals the size of a postage stamp. Please please please make this change.
