There is a comment field at check out for the store. We want to use as a work around for personalization of items, as someone suggested, thank you. However, the comment field only appears in the not exportable detail report as NOTE. It can also be found upon editing Store Orders at the bottom "Other information" Comment.

Please add the comment field to the exportable detail report in the Store! Even if the personalization is added to store items, it makes sense for the comments to be in the detail report, along with the personalization.
