Hi all, Scotland isn't a separate country in the country code standards with which we align most closely, including ISO, CEDS, and FIPS. It's also not named as a separate country in the CIA World Factbook. As the Common Records Engine (ConnectRE replacement) is developed, there will be further discussion about how to better align RE and Core databases, but in the existing framework, we do not plan to add Scotland to the Core database country table (separately from the UK).
