Content Editor: Access to | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Content Editor: Access to 'Authentication Link' link type

We need the ability to restrict Content Editor's access to the 'Authentication Link' link type. This seems like the kind of thing that should be restricted to the Content Manager or Page Manager roles.
