See "unable to create placeholder" notes in auto generated internal email. I want to save myself time in pulling the inquiry and reaching out to others internally who are responsible for addressing the families requested services. As well, since we are working on admissions for more than one year at a time, have the year of interest is imperative to prioritization for us. Adding more placeholders or giving us the ability to customize the ones we want (which seems odd we are notable to do this) is a priority for us! Please make it one for the design team!

I would like the ability to add a placeholder for any question on an inquiry. For example, I want the ability to have enough information in the system generated internal message, so that everyone handles their responsibility without me forwarding that email to those it is relavant to. Year of Interest, grade (has that) and custom candidate fields with events they want to attend. See attached.

I agree. We should be able to add in more placeholders than the hard-coded ones. For instance, what about anything in the custom fields? 

Please Blackbaud, can we push to make this a priority?
