Option for Donors to Pay Credit Card Processing Fee

We would like to give donors the ability to pay the credit card processing fee so that we receive 100% of the donation, rather the 96-97%. Please add this option, which also calculates the correct donation amount based on the percentage we specify, to the Give forms.

    And also for Blackbaud School Store. When using an alternate product for a fund-raiser to purchase items, approximately 1/3 of the purchasers opted to cover the fees which makes it a better value for us than using school store with BBMS which does not have that option. (Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place - but would be great enhancement to store as well.)
