Calendar viewing by school level

Resource boards can be customized for users at separate school levels (lower/middle/upper) but Calendars cannot. A calendar event applies to all users with a role across all levels. We cannot use Calendars until the visibility can be set to individual school levels.

    We created 3 event categories for this: Academics LS, MS and US. This allows us to at least let users filter.
