This actually is meant of onMessage and onCampus (ie: news widgets in classes). If there is no additional content beyond the headline and the brief description, there is not reason to have a Read More link. It's frustrating to users who click the link and find there is nothing there to read. It also reduces the likelihood that they'll click a Read More link again because their time was wasted the last time they clicked.
