Obvious option to close the Emergency Bulletin light box

It would be great if you could add an "X" icon or the word "Close" with an "X" next it so people don't need to place a call to IT in order to get by the message.

    Hello Gregg,

    I just took a look at your site and there is an X there but it is hidden due to its color and the background.  I think the support team would be able to assist here.  I am creating a support case for you now and they should be in contact.
