I would like that the bounce worklist provide a simple way to see the bounces for a user, the error that was sent for the bounce, and the option to mark/unmark the user as bad in the system. I need this to quickly see what the common problems are in the bounces and whether or not it is by the user, your school, or on WhippleHill's end. I do not want to have to click into each individual user in the bounce worklist and look up the issue, I would like a way for the issues to be grouped together so I can see what the common bounce problems are and notify Blackbaud if it is something that we need to fix.
