We have recurring funds we like folks to contribute to, but they are cyclical in nature as schools generally are. For instance, Capital Campaign, Auction, and other special funds need to be present some years as giving fund options to donors, but others need to go away for a couple of years then come back. Is there a way for funds to have "publish" option to give us control to turn them on and off to donors?
