Redirects for pages that have myschoolapp in their URL

If there is an old donation/giving form and I would like to redirect to a new donation/giving form. The forms use the myschoolapp in their URL and can't be used in a redirect.

    We really need this. We are changing a lot of our giving URLs, and dont want people who find an old fundraising email to land on a 404 page.
