Currently, when a user visits our website and we have set up an Emergency Bulletin Lightbox on our front end site clicking Additional Information only refreshes the page but does not remove the Lightbox message. We would like this to register a Clear similar to how clicking X on the lightbox prevents the message from showing up again. This would help users who may not have noticed the page refreshed.
