Ability to add "name_of_attendee" to confirmation email of event registration form, so the form is use-able for tax purposes by the parent

The Event Registration:Confirmation email only needs this one extra piece of information to be submittable for a tax claim, thereby saving us from having to manually draft receipts with the students' names on for tax purposes.
