Have the ability to link gifts from onMessage/website to BB NetCommunity to make the transactions available to download to Raiser's Edge.

Currently the gifts live in onMessage and have to be exported and imported in RE.  It would be easier if onMessage gifts could be linked to NetCommunity so the transactions could be easily processed.

    We are working on a path forward to get more of the fundraising options that those teams are working on available for schools. We would not implement this option as stated (using BBNC as a shuttle) but we are working towards a better singular solution.
