News items have a field allowing the user to set both the date and time when the item will be published. It would be helpful to extend that capability to content items that only have a publish date. For example, we have a page that we're using to show videos of encouragement for our senior class and plan to add one video each day. It would be nice if we could set the publish date to a set time (say 7:55 am) so that we can advertise that the video will be available at 8 am.
