Under the List content type in Core, a URL button shows up even if you aren't a School Website user. When you click on the button, the associated pop-up is blank and appears broken—it would be incredibly helpful to have these types of options that must be hardcoded into the interface to at least have an error message that appears with the pop-up that says "only available to School Website" users or similar to avoid confusion (I ended up on a support chat trying to figure out what wasn't working on my end).
