Rather than having to go to an individual List, Download, etc. content type, or clicking "manage" on the content type tile, this filter should be available for all users. Currently only our faculty have this feature when they are building pages for their classrooms. It would save so many clicks, and so much time to have this filter available immediately upon adding or editing an existing content type tile in the Layout view of a webpage.
