In the new Pushpage default display, one default behavior is that if I navigate to Pushpage > Pushpage templates, the default view shows ALL templates. To find the Active ones, we have to use the Filter and select Active. The selection does not seem sticky either. The default view should include only the Active templates. In the previous version, the default view did not include Inactivate templates.
