Ability to send out pushpages to outside constituents

I would like to be able to send pushpages to people who have expressed interest in our school, but are not candidates. We'd like to suggest setting up something similar to inquiries (they do not use OnBoard), ie.. they fill out a form saying they would like more information about the school and would agree to receive emails. We want this so we have a way to contact prospective families en-mass.

This functionality was needed for a job today but I will have to jump over to Finalsite's Messages tool and recreate my PushPage email there to accomplish this.

It looks like this has been an issue for over three years now and still nothing.  Whats disappointing is our old BB product, Netcommunity could do this.  now we  have to accept this downgrade.  Frustrating.

With the ability to send emails to "outside constituents" free of charge from services such as Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc., the fact that Blackbaud hasn't implemented this option, especially after it was proposed almost a year ago, is disappointing. Today I'll have to send over 100 emails via Gmail because our school's service provider (Blackbaud) is dated.

Our school also has constituents who are not in our system (grandparents, former faculty, board members) who still need to receive our pushpages (we want to use pushpages for our newsletter).  Having an option to upload these kinds of email addresses would substantially impact our communications efforts for the better!

We have prospective families, grandparents and friends who would like to subscribe to our newsletter, but we have to manually enter their profile into Core first in order for them to receive emails. We would love to see this ability added so that we don’t have to move our newsletter to Mail Chimp or Constant Contact.
