Pushpage enhancement request based on parent feedback

I want to request that you add a capability to Pushpages to filter out duplicate emails to families. I have had numerous comments from parents regarding receiving duplicate emails because both husband and wife use the same family email address for correspondence with the school.

    onMessage communication should have the sophistication to remove duplicates based on email address. This is standard expectation with communication tools -  Netcommunity, mailchimp, etc.  Sending multiple emails to parents (because mom, dad have same email or they have each other as "cc") looks sloppy.
