To help solve the issue of two people in a pushpage at the same time, perhaps an easy fix would be to add a last edited bar at the top of each issue (similar to what is present when you make edits to different blocks on web pages). Eventually, it would be nice to lock out a user if someone else is in there or allow multiple people to edit (like Google docs). It's a problem we've run into often when you don't realize someone else is in the pushpage and saves are not made.
