Ability to turn Register again text on/off after completing event registration form

I would like to be able to turn on and off the text of Register Again after completing an event registration. I feel that it is a bit odd to have register again right after the event registration is filled out, but I do want to be able to have users register again, so I still want this ability.

    Also be able to change what it says as Register Again may not apply if a User hits the back button on the browse after clicking continue.
