Icon vs. Screenshot for Adding Site to Phone Home Screen

I would like the ability to add a homescreen icon for the public website, not just for any page behind the log-in.

    Hey, has this situation reversed itself. Easy to add a homescreen icon for public website - how do you add one for the login page and behind the password into ON products?
