Attached is a screenshot from a Microsoft surface view of adding a calendar event. The time selection box behaves a little awkwardly. It's hard to explain but the folks here who are using Microsoft surface devices find that getting a specific time in those boxes is a challenge. You'll see that unlike the typical view from a desktop version, there are no upper down arrows to help navigate the time, in addition, as you type in a time the number text gets truncated, and so you can't really tell what exactly you were entering.
