Formatting Event Registrations Merged

I am requesting an enhancement to Event Registrations, to be able to have formatting and styling options for the actual form. We some fields in Extra Fields that, when viewed, are not spaced out in a way that the parent will be clear on what they're doing - but there are no formatting options for columns, extra lines/spacing, etc.

    I want to be able to add a label that groups my "Extra Fields" in a way that is clear for end user. Just need a line of bold text.  before my Extra Fields.

    Please combine this request with the two others that are similar--asking for additional styling and formatting. Vote tally is at least 50 on this when you combine them.
