Ability to customize the Giving Form like Custom Forms & Evnet

I would like to be able to build and customize Giving Forms in a similar manner like Custom Forms or Event Registration Forms. I specifically would like to be able to create multiple drop down menus to show different types of giving funds instead of fields with check boxes.

    There is another similar enhancement idea asking for more styling and customization options with 35 votes. Please combine these requests. We need this.

    I also would like to be able to add a field if an outside user wants a confirmation email, they can get one.

    We would also like to see customization. We'd like to create a form just for monthly giving so we can have one form for a one-time gift, and another form for monthly-giving only.
