Extra Fields by Attendee instead of Registrants

I would like for extra fields on the Event Registration form to apply to each attendee registered and not just the registrant.

Most of the time it is the parent registering their student and we need extra information on the student/attendee and not the person filling out the registration. Really, really need this!!
