We are looking for the ability to have a Larger Thumb image - so that customers can really see what they are purchasing without having to click into the Product Detail.
The published specs are: The max dimension for the thumbnail image is 52 x 52 px. The max dimension for the zoom image is 500 x 500 px. The max dimension for the standard image is 125 x 125 px. The system will automatically create the standard image from the zoom image.
When you click on the thumbnail (SO TINY!!!), you get the zoom (500x500). Seems to me that the thumbnail should only be used in the checkout and the standard should be used in the catalog listing. Then when you click on the standard, you would get the zoom. Currently, I don't think the system is using the standard image size that is listed in documentation.
These store specs and implementation are a holdover from the days of Podium. It is high time for an update!!
Any update here? We would love to update our bookstore images.
Best,
MM

This is a huge issue, hard to believe we have to vote on it. Absolutely needs to be updated.
