Add Grad Year to Directory Widget

Angela - What Susana said. The private directory within the logged in experience shows the graduation year, but the public directory within School Website does not. The widget styling does not have class year as an option to output for an individual.

The request is for the directory widget. We have these fields available, but not the graduation year for faculty and staff:
grade label
grade selector
year appointed
The request is to have the graduation year ('20) field available for us to include it in the directory on the publilc side of the website (previously onMessage). Note there are numerous ideas that seem to be about the same request; it may be best to merge them if possible.

I show that in the faculty fields available we do have grad year. It could be this is just outdated and didn't get closed, if I'm misunderstanding the request please clarify thanks!
