Ability to map which Page Content Area (PCA) goes into which available PCA in the new Master Layout

When changing Master Layouts, I'd like the ability to map which Page Content Area (PCA) goes into which available PCA in the new Master Layout.

The automatic assignment doesn't work for some instances.
