Add File Upload to Custom Form

We would like the ability to add a file upload options to a Custom Form.

    This would be helpful for collecting previous school transcripts in PDF format from parents. The school requires the incoming parents to provide a copy, in addition to the copy received directly from the previous school. note: We do not use Enrollment Management, in case functionality exists there. Records are entered into the EMS as Incoming Students.

    This is important for Alum to be able to submit a photo to their class note.

    If I understand this correctly, we have the same feature request.  It would be wonderful to allow users to not only access documents from the Files/Forms area, but also upload signed documents there.
