Editing a Download Link to show new file name

If I edit an existing Download Link via onMessage > Content > Downloads, and insert a new file, then the old file name will still appear when the link is clicked. In order to change the File Name I need to delete the Download Link, and create a new Download Link so the new file name displays. We Edit/Update a lot of frequent documents so I would like to be able to rename versus deleting the link and re adding the new one to get the new file name to display.

After hours of digging and Googling I have found the solution. The problem is with the PDF's document properties. In the open PDF click on File > Document Properties. Change the title here and when you upload it will display this title. Another option is to delete the Title completely and leave it blank then when uploaded the Download link will display the file name. Below is a link to the Google article that helped me to figure this out.

Why do PDFs display old file names in Chrome

I found the KB article #24294 that says exactly this same thing about deleting and creating new, however, I've done that and the old name of the file still shows up with a date of 2008-2009. BB Support cannot figure out why it is still happening. If ANYONE can help me figure out how to fix this or a work around I would be thrilled!
