Add Nickname override First Name option for Affinity Group style

We would like an enhancement to be able to include Nickname within the affinity groups. Currently only first name/last name are options.

Affinity: Need ability to show/hide specific name fields in affinity Merged

In Directory style we can show/hide specific name fields from displaying, however we can't do that in affinity.
