Randomize Carousel for Text (Testimonials)

I would like the option of having a Text Carousel or News Carousel to randomize like a photo carousel.

That is a setting on the carousel. Edit the Carousel and go to Settings (the gear icon), then click on Edit Settings to open the Settings window. In the settings window, set Randomize to on.
