Ability to sort news items
We need the ability to adjust the sort order of these photos on the homepage but this is not a feature that can be done in the News Content category.

Oh, goody. Another feature asked for over 5 years ago that never gets any response. We would like this as well, but guess we shouldn't hold our breath.
We ran into this desire today. Please add a drag and drop sort/organize option to the news content type.
This is a feature we, too, would very much like to see. We have news items for our homepage that we'd like to feature more prominently than others without having to change the date on the article itself.
