I would like an alert system that notifies a select number of people at the school when the website is down, at least for longer than a period of a few minutes? It is helpful when IT knows there is an issue so we don't pursue troubleshooting on our end if it's a known issue on Blackbaud's end or with data storage. I am aware of the http://status.whipplehill.com/ which tells us of issues but I would like to be able to be alerted automatically versus manually checking the status page.
