On hero slideshows on our homepages, like at http://www.bentleyschool.net/page, the images cannot link anywhere. 

Or, when images are used like on http://www.bentleyschool.net/Page/Admissions/Meet-the-Students, and I've seen other schools use these too, as wannabe navigation elements.  I'm sure many users, even I do, click on image expecting it to drill down somewhere, and nothing happens. 

Feature -

- Optional link, per image in an album. Not required.

- Link is defined same way Links content category: explicit url, or existing site page (so link updates if page moves).

- Hover text: could be Title or Caption of photo. (I never used either of these in normal photo albums; not clear of the difference.) Affected by Style applied probably.

- Open in same or new window setting.
