allow easy access to adding styles to text

In the WSYWYG text editor In BBNC you can choose from a drop-down to add a style from your stylesheet to text. In onMesasge you have to add the style via the HTML. It would be nice to have the drop-down feature in onMessage.

At the very least, I'd like to be able to select typical formatting options like header 1, header 2, paragraph. We could customize those headers in Styles if we needed.
