onMessage View Inbox replies

Reply All messages are going to the onMessage -View Inbox. Sometimes these are student/parent/teacher replies to an original message that was only sent to them. We like the messaging option, but would like it to be more functional. Currently, we are communicating to students/teachers/parents to not reply to the message, but it's not helping.

    I think this is what we want to.  For a bulk message (a note sent by a teacher to The Parents of...), the only option available for submitting a reply is Reply to All.  Would it be possible (like in a webmail service) to have an option to reply to just the sender, or reply to the group?  Thank you!
