I would like to have a way to put HTML 5 video in the background, kind of like how it is set up in the background carousels.

It would be nice to be able to assign the video to a certain container so I'm not forced to have it take up the entire screen. I think having a better way to allow background videos would allow me to create some really nice looking sites.
