I would like to be able to give individual user access to specific reports within Giving and Event Registration. Currently, for example, the Giving Detail report contains all details for all Giving Forms. I'd like to give access to this report, for specific Giving Forms, without giving a user access to all. 

Event Registration reports also allow you to filter by Registration. I'd like to be able to give access to this report, for specific Registrations only - and not all.
